All in stock items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, weekends and holidays not included. If an item is backordered or out of stock you will be notified immediatley. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery depending on location.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. All orders canceled after 24 hours of order placement must follow our return & exchanges policy.

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise from cupcakes & caterpillars, we will gladly accept a return within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund, exchange or store credit, less the shipping cost for item(s).

If you need to make a return or exchange please email us at customerservice@cupcakesandcaterpillars.com and we will provide a return authorization number. Item(s) to be returned must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your return authorization number. Please note that items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Item(s) to be returned must be in new, odor-free and unworn condition with tags still attached. Unfortunately, custom and monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged unless in case of defect. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE: that means no refunds or exchanges. We thank you for respecting our return policy on sale items.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless item(s) is defective.
